Post-jam version


The post-jam version is now live! Changelog:

New content

  • Added 4 new enemies with new mechanics
  • Some enemies can now fly (can be disabled in game settings)
  • Added player attributes that can be increased by drinking potions
  • Added manifest, displaying remaining items in the current level in the tab menu
  • Rooms now have distinct themes
  • A bunch of new room templates
  • Split the settings UI into two menus, with new game settings to change difficulty

Balance changes

  • Reduced damage of the spear
  • Increased damage of the crossbow
  • Increased damage of the pistol
  • Fixed bug causing enemies to turn around at a fixed speed rate
  • Added slight variety in amount of rooms generated per level
  • Buffed healing potions, healing %MaxHP instead of half of missing HP
  • Healing potions stop spawning after beating the "win" level (level 20 by default)
  • Added game options menu with configurable game settings and preset difficulties
  • Tweaked stats of some enemies
  • Tweaked AI of enemy mage and stalker
  • Wallbros now have variety in their walls

Bugfixes and tweaks

  • Fixed seed for RNG not working
  • Fixed generating patrol points for patrolling enemies
  • Fixed pathing issue for patrolling enemies
  • Fixed aim of projectile enemies
  • Optimized dungeon generation a bit more
  • Fixed collider of pistol bullets
  • Extended spear collider slightly
  • Added colliders to items on pedestals
  • Fixed dead enemies blocking projectiles
  • Changed HP-gradient for music
  • Fixed some dungeon generation issues
  • Reduced WebGL texture size of all textures to 512x512 to fit on itch
